A portion of downtown Clinton Street will be closed from 10 a.m. to noon June 26 for the Joliet Public Library's annual Emerald City Block Party.
All things "Oz" will be celebrated at the event, which will include game and activity stations such as Pin the Heart on the Tin Man, Witch’s Hat Ring Toss, Glinda’s Bubbles and Toto’s Tattoos. There will also be a Flying Monkey Frozen Treat and a photo opportunity next to a handcrafted hot air balloon.
