Alleged Pudding Snack Slip Trips Lawsuit Against Skokie Supermarket
Shopper alleges she slipped on white pudding on floor of Aldi in January 2013.

A woman is suing over claims that she slipped on a pudding snack in Skokie supermarket and injured herself.
Agnes Khoshaba filed a premises liability lawsuit on Jan. 5 in Cook County Circuit Court against Aldi, Inc., located at 4833 Oakton St. in Skokie.
According to the complaint, Khoshaba was shopping at the store on Jan. 7, 2013, when slipped on some white pudding covering the floor adjacent to the freezer area.

The lawsuit maintains that the store should have known that the white pudding presented a dangerous condition to shoppers. The store also failed to remove the pudding as a safety precaution, nor did it post a warning.
By failing to inspect the premises, Khoshaba suffered severe and permanent injuries, keeping her from her daily activities, the complaint said.

Khoshaba is suing for damages in excess of $50,000.
