
Skokie parents with school-aged children are reminded that the Village of Skokie enforces a curfew law for youth under the age of 17.

Children under the age of 17 must be home between 11 p.m. and
6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and home from midnight to 6 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. The driver’s license of a 16 year old is not valid after curfew.

All Skokie parks close at 10 p.m. except Gross Point, Lee Wright, Winnebago and Techumseh Parks, which all close at dusk. Any person found in a park after hours is subject to an ordinance citation.
