Big Snake Found in Skokie
The foot-footer, possible a Boa, was found near Howard Street Saturday night.

A large, exotic snake was found in Skokie Saturday night.
A four-foot-long snake, possibly a boa constrictor, was seen in the grass just off Parkside Avenue near Howard Street, according to Fox Chicago.
Animal control crews captured it without incident.

“This is probably the first time in 20 years we’ve responded to a big snake on the loose up here,” said Tim Gramins of the Skokie Police Department.
