Getting from E-F
If you were to pump 11-18 gallons of water into your gas tank and fill it up, your fuel gauge would still move from E to F.
Recently I found an analogy online that I thought nailed how we as a society are eating.
If you were to pump 11-18 gallons of water into your gas tank and fill it up, your fuel gauge would still move from E to F.
Just because your tank is full, it doesn't mean that your car is going to go anywhere.
So now you're tank is full, but how is your car going to perform on a tank full of water?
Now when you put the same amount of gas in your car, then presto!
Your car is on the move.
Think about how this analogy fits with your meals.
We fill up on foods that are calorie dense, without much nutrition.
So we do feel full, but lack the ingredients our bodies need to be healthy and keep running.
This may be why we are yawning in the late afternoon and running on things like donuts, and coffee.
Now..
You may be someone that already drives around with gas in their tank.
Now, what happens when you throw in some 92 octane gas in your tank?
I bet that would really make your car smile!
