Join C.A.R.E. for our 31st Annual Strut for Strays, a hybrid fundraising walk benefiting homeless pets. Walk with us in person at McGrath Evanston Subaru in Skokie or participate virtually from anywhere between September 19–26.
Your participation helps provide lifesaving care for rescue animals. In 2025, C.A.R.E. helped more than 410 pets find loving homes, and every dollar raised supports medical care, food, shelter, and adoption services.

$70 – T-shirt, goodie bag* & shipping
*Goodie bags are guaranteed for the first 200 registrants. T-shirts available while supplies last.
In-Person Event

- 2.5-mile walk

- Swag pickup
Can't make it? Register for the virtual walk and complete your 2.5 miles anytime between September 19–26. Pick up your swag at a scheduled pickup event or have it shipped to you.
