Congregation Bene Shalom Kabbalistic Shabbat Service on Saturday June 14

Congregation Bene Shalom, 4435 Oakton Street, Skokie, invites you to attend Kabbalistic Shabbat services on Saturday, June 14 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a delicious oneg. Our Rabbis are Kabbalistic scholars who have relied on meditative healing prayers to deal with challenges in their own lives. Our Rabbis will show you how these prayers can be a source of strength and comfort for you too.


On Friday, June 20, we will have a musical Shabbat service at 6:30 p.m. Bring the whole family for a prayerful, joyful, spiritual experience led by Rabbi Goldhamer, Rabbi Chen, and Cantorial Soloist Charlene Brooks along with the Congregation Bene Shalom Band.


Our Friday night services begin at 7:30. Family services, are held the 3rd Friday of every month, and begin at 6:30. Kabbalistic services are held on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

We believe that the Torah, Kabbalistic prayers, and meditations are a gift to share with all humanity. Our services and events are sign language interpreted.  Non Jews are welcome to become fully participating members. We welcome people of any sexual orientation.
