Construction Activity Notice -
Lane Closures for Roadway Restoration on Oakton Street at LaCrosse Avenue.
On Monday, June 18, 2018, the Skokie Public Works Department will be restoring the roadway due to water main repairs on Oakton Street at LaCrosse Avenue. The two east bound through lanes on Oakton Street at LaCrosse Avenue will be reduced to one lane and diverted to the left turn lane during this repair. Left turns on Oakton Street at LaCrosse Avenue will be prohibited. There will be at least one lane of traffic open in each direction at all times. Lane closures are expected to continue through the evening of Friday, June 22, 2018. Additional lane closures will occur the following week.
