UPDATE - Nicor Gas Infrastructure Replacement Project between Dempster and Main Streets and Kostner and Crawford Avenues
Nicor Gas contractors have begun work on the infrastructure replacement project. It is estimated that the project will take approximately eleven weeks. Estimated completion of the project is November 23, 2018 pending weather. First, new gas mains will be installed and then the individual gas lines to customers will be replaced.
Residents affected by the project should have received a mailed notice from Nicor Gas. The project is roughly located between Dempster Street and Main Street and Crawford Avenue and Kostner Avenue. Click for more details.
