CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY NOTICE: Lane Closures at Oakton Street at McCormick Blvd

Due to a large-scale, private construction project underway in the vicinity of Oakton Street and McCormick Boulevard, lane closures on both streets will be necessary during the fall season.

Beginning September 8 through 12, 2014, the south curb lane on eastbound Oakton Street at McCormick Boulevard will be closed. This scheduled lane closure will occur daily from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Beginning September 15 through November 14, 2014, both the south curb lane on eastbound Oakton Street and west curb lane on southbound McCormick Boulevard will be closed continuously. These closures will occur approximately one block north and one block south of the Oakton Street/McCormick Boulevard intersection. Lanes will be closed seven days a week, 24 hours a day through the scheduled construction activity.
