Construction Activity Notice: Lane Closures for Roadway

On May 29, 2018, the Skokie Public Works Department will begin restoring the roadway in the westbound lanes of Dempster Street and the northbound lanes of Bronx Avenue. This work follows infrastructure repairs in the area and is expected to last up to four days. Lane closures will only be in place during the day.

There will be at least one lane of traffic open in each direction at all times. Motorists are strongly encouraged to avoid this section of westbound Dempster Street and to seek alternate routes during this work. Repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, June 1, 2018.
