Friday Night Dinner

Enjoy Friday night Shabbat dinner with friends, followed by a fascination presentation entitled “Of Golems and Geniuses.” Rabbi Mendel Moscowitz will explore the history and folklore surrounding Rabbi Yehudah Loew of Prague, known as the Maharal, was one of the outstanding Jewish minds of the sixteenth century. He is best known as the creator of the mysterious Golem. The Maharal’s approach to Talmud and Jewish philosophy are the foundation of modern Chassidus and his works are studied by Jews across the spectrum.
