Attorney Jacob K Ehrensaft will be giving a presentation on wills and trusts at the Niles Public Library. Topics that shall be covered include: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Guardianship.
Recent changes to both the Illinois Power of Attorney Act and to estate taxes will also be discussed.
