First Bank & Trust Receives 2013 Award from Skokie Beautification and Improvement Commission

SKOKIE, Ill. First Bank & Trust’s 4007 Dempster Street branch was one of three businesses, awarded a 2013 Property Owner Awards in an awards ceremony on April 7 at the Council Chambers of Skokie Village Hall. Awardees, chosen by the Beautification and Improvement Commission, were cited for maintaining their property in an exceptional manner during the year.  

First Bank & Trust’s Lu Ann Stempel, branch manager of the 4007 Dempster Street location said, “Last year we earned a LEED Gold certification for leadership in energy and environmental design. But it is especially gratifying to be honored for beautification and improvement from the community we serve.”
