Free Flu Shot Clinic at Niles Township in Skokie

On October 19, 2016 Niles Township in Skokie will provide free flu shots by appointment only from 9:00 a.m. until noon and from 1-5 p.m.

Niles Township is sponsoring a free flu shot clinic on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The clinic will be managed by healthcare professionals from Asian Human Services of Skokie/Chicago, at the Township office located at 5255 Main Street in Skokie.

Marilyn D. Glazer, Supervisor of Niles Township stated, “ Influenza is a very serious issue and we want to help residents stay healthy this coming winter. We are pleased to be working with some wonderful healthcare professionals who are eager to help our community members.”

This is a first-come, first-served event, as a limited amount of injections are available. Individuals over age 11 are eligible to receive the flu vaccine. An appointment and signed consent form are required for each participant. Please phone the Niles Township office at (847) 673-9300 to schedule your appointment.
