About FLX Move FLX Move is a modern fitness and wellness studio focused on helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with greater ease. Our approach blends intelligent movement, expert instruction, and purposeful recovery to support flexibility, stability, strength, and long-term mobility. FLX Move offers Pilates Reformer classes, private training, parties, and special events at our locations in Glenview at `1300 Waukegan Road, and Skokie at 5039 Oakton Street and 5117 Brown Street. Our studios offer Pilates Reformer classes, Barre, Mat Pilates, Yoga Flow, Yoga Sculpt and Mobility Stretch classes, providing low-impact, results-driven workouts for all fitness levels. With welcoming studios, knowledgeable instructors, and a focus on sustainable movement, FLX Move creates an environment where clients can build strength, reduce stress, and move with confidence — both in and out of the studio.

PEER Services provides community-based substance use prevention and treatment services to teens, adults and families in Northern Cook County, including Evanston, Maine, New Trier, Niles and Northfield Townships, and the north side of Chicago. PEER Services reduces the harms of substance use, addiction and stigma by engaging youth and adults with innovative prevention programming and by supporting people on their path to recovery through holistic, evidence-based treatment. We provide affirming services to all in need, regardless of their ability to pay. SKOKIE, IL - Seventy high schoolers from 54 Chicago and suburban high schools participated in pharmaceutical company Fresenius Kabi's first ever STEM Career Awareness Day at the Illinois Science + Technology Park in Skokie last week. According to a news release, the event included a series of presentations by Fresenius Kabi employees in science, quality and engineering disciplines. Students were exposed to "a variety of interactive experiments, including setting salt on fire, making gummy bears and working with liquid nitrogen." The STEM program at Fresenius Kabi is one of many that help encourage interest in STEM subjects as high schoolers continue their education and careers.
