Mario Lopez Visits Skokie To Promote Pop-Up Baby Boutique
Piper and Paxton baby boutique open at Old Orchard for one more day. Mario and wife Courtney hosted preview party on Saturday.
Celebrity couple Mario and Courtney (Mazza) Lopez were in Skokie over the weekend to host a preview party for Piper & Paxton, a temporary baby boutique on display to the public for only three days, ending Tuesday.
According to a news release, the Piper & Paxton baby boutique was created to showcase top baby products, including new Pampers Premium Care diapers available in Walmart stores and online.
The Lopezes showed some of the featured products - all of which are available at Walmart - at The Cube at Westfield Old Orchard, where the pop-up boutique is open for its final day on Tuesday, July 28 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The boutique was also open to the public on Sunday and Monday.

“The Lopezes made the surprise announcement that all the baby products showcased in the pop-up including new Pampers Premium Care diapers, are available at Walmart,” according to the release.
No one who was born in the late 1970s/1980s and grew up in the late 1980s/1990s is unfamiliar with Mario Lopez, perhaps better known as “Slater” for his role as A.C. Slater on the hit television show, Saved By The Bell. Nowadays, he hosts Extra, an entertainment show while raising two children with Courtney, an actress in her own right.

When the boutique closes, most of the baby items showcased in the pop-up will be donated to the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. The hospital is one of 170 Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across North America that benefit from Walmart’s annual fundraising.
