National Louis Puts Up Skokie Space for Sublease

The University is advertising a total of roughly 187,000 square feet to sublease from its two suburban campuses.

National Louis University has put up roughly 102,000 square feet of space in Skokie to sublease, Chicago Real Estate Daily reports.

The Skokie-based university is trying to sell roughly 187,000 square feet for sublease at two of its campuses, Skokie and Wheaton. The decision comes as a result of low enrollment—dropping 17 percent from a few years ago.

"Total enrollment, including full-, part-time and online students, was 10,128 last year, down 16.6 percent from 12,141 in 2008," according to the paper, which is run by Crain's Chicago. Meanwhile online enrollment has increased in about the same timeframe.
