New Yorkers Accused of Skimming ATMs in Skokie
Bank officials identified the four men from video footage.

SKOKIE, IL - A quartet of men from New York City’s Brooklyn borough have been charged with identity theft in connection to a pair of incidents in which ATMs were skimmed in Skokie earlier this month.
Bail for Irmiyo Izeaelov, 24; Bakai Marat-Uulu, 23; Yevgeniy A. Dubovskiy, 24 and Konstantin Miroshnikov, 24 was set a $500,000 on Sunday as a judge said the four are flight risks, having all come from Russia and Kazakhstan and most likely would not appear in court, according to the Skokie Review.
The four are accused of attaching a skimming device to an ATM at a Chase Bank branch on Dec. 1 and Dec. 10. From video footage, bank officials identified the four charged. They were all arrested on the day of the second incident.
