Niles North Senior Student-Athletes Honored Ahead Of Graduation
NNHS students committed to college sports and those who earned a 3.5 GPA while playing sports in high school were recognized last week.
SKOKIE, IL — Niles North High School last week honored seniors who have committed to college sports and student-athletes with outstanding academic records. The Niles North athletic department recognized 11 members of the class of 2019 who plan on continuing to compete in collegiate sports, as well as those who earned an unweighted grade point average of 3.5 or higher and National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association status, the district announced on May 3.
Student-athletes at Niles North who have committed to collegiate sports, their sport and the college they plan on attending:

- Anthony Konovalov, volleyball, Robert Morris University
- Hannah Lizano, track and field, Carthage College
- Omar Policape, basketball, North Park University
- Jaime Sanchez, baseball, TBA
- Florin Stan, tennis, Elmhurst College
- Dailen Sudduth, basketball, Oakton Community College
- Benjamin Tuckman, baseball, Luther College
- Veronica Walinski, track and field, Marquette University
- Jaelyn White, football, Robert Morris University
- Rosalie Xavier, track and field, Marquette University
