Niles West Ping Pong Team Competing in State Tournament

The Niles West Varsity Ping Pong Team has qualified for the State Championship Tournament. Niles West competes in the Interscholastic Table Tennis Illinois (ITTI) Association League. This is Niles West’s first year to have a varsity team and to join the ITTI League. The four teams advancing to the State Championship Tournament include Niles West, Naperville North, Loyola Academy, and Stevenson High School. The Tournament will be hosted by Niles West on Saturday, Feb. 24. Tournament begins at 1 pm. Doors open at 12 noon with concessions available (all concession proceeds go to Dance Marathon). Several players from other schools have won medals in the Junior Olympics. Admission is free. Plan to spend a fun afternoon watching some amazing table tennis competition and to cheer on Niles West!
