Obituary: Arnold Missner, 91

Arnold Missner, 91, of Lincolnwood, passed away Sept. 5. He was the devoted husband to Vivian nee Dworkin for 69 years, the beloved father to Maureen, Susan (Alan) and Gary (Ruth), the adored grandfather to Bess Vennema, Max Budovitch and Julius Reiner, the loving brother to Shirley, Howard, Arlene and Barbara, and brother-in-law to Judy (the late Arnold) Dworkin, Al Geller and the late Howard Taslitz.

Arnold is remembered as an engaged and spirited uncle to many nieces and nephews, an appreciative and loving friend to Pamela and Jessica.

Arnold was an eternal optimist, unpretentious and kind. He was a great listener and accepted everyone just the way they were.

Service will be held Friday at noon at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 8851 Skokie Blvd., Skokie, with interment at Zion Gardens.
