Office Building in Skokie Sold
Landlord Al Klairmont paid millions for the tall structure near Old Orchard Mall.
SKOKIE, IL - A Skokie office building near Old Orchard Mall and the DoubleTree hotel was sold to a landlord who has added a few properties in the northern suburbs.
Al Klairmont paid roughly $30 million for the Concourse Office Place, the building at 4709-4711 Golf Road, according to Crain’s Chicago. The 293,000 square-foot property was purchased from Lionstone Investments, a Houston-based company.
Klairmont recently added 10 properties north of Chicago, including six office buildings in Park Ridge and Arlington Heights.
