Resistance Pro Welcomes Veterans to "Draw the Line"
Resistance Pro, the area's best wrestling organization, welcomes US Veterans to "Draw the Line," a special evening of exciting matches.

Resistance Pro continues to impress me with their quality of entertainment and their community spirit. Through ongoing efforts like their Positive Outreach Program (POP) at local schools and special ceremonies like honoring a Special Olympian, RPro reaches out and gives back to the communities. At their next event, “Draw the Line,” RPro is welcoming United States Veterans by offering them a free General Admission ticket.
At a time when their popularity is at an all-time high and climbing, RPro is not sitting on their success. They strive to put on the best show every time and to continue to entrench themselves in the communities. That’s the type of company RPro is and the type of people who are part of the RPro family.
RPro co-owner Gabriel Baron stated, “RESISTANCE Pro is honored to dedicate a show to our Veterans who have given so much for all of us. As Americans, we often take our freedom for granted and sometimes forget those who keep us safe - both at home and abroad. It is only doing our duty to serve those who serve this great country and show appreciation for their sacrifice. With veterans involved in R-Pro both in the ring and behind the scenes, this is a great opportunity to show our appreciation to a cause dear to our hearts.”
One of the Veterans in RPro is C Red, broadcaster, producer and wrestling personality. C Red is one of the most dedicated people I have ever encountered. From the very beginning of RPro, C Red had a vision and that vision has flourished into the POP program, benefiting thousands of youngsters.
While C Red will be doing his usual best to entertain others, this night is also for him and he appreciates the significance. “It is very special for me. I took Junior ROTC in high school and knew that I would serve my country. To be a veteran is a unique feeling. I laid my life on the line so that others could enjoy the freedom that we have in the USA,” he said.
On Friday September 12, hundreds of Veterans are expected to pack the Local 130 Plumbers Union Hall (at 1340 West Washington Street). “Draw the Line” is for each and every one of them. And what a show it will be.
The competition at RPro is tougher than ever. Women’s champ Mickie Knuckles is defending her title against D’Arcy Dixon. These women have battled for months and the bouts are as good as any I have ever seen. Both women deserve praise.
The team of Jocephus and Eve will defend their tag titles against the unlikely pair of “Lonesome” Jay Bradley and Mad Man Pondo. Will “The Ego” Robert Anthony, former heavyweight champ and tag partner of Jocephus, get involved?
There are also six other matches featuring the stars of RPro. There are tag matches, singles matches and even a triple threat match. This card is stacked. There will also be a special tribute to the Veterans.
RPro shows continue to have the best wrestling available. With the added significance of the Veterans in attendance, this is going to be one of those very special nights. I can’t wait.
