Modeling in clay is one of the traditional and basic techniques in sculpture. We are going to work with natural water-based clay. When your piece is done it’s going to dry, then to be fired, and it became a ceramic sculpture. In this art class scope of our projects limited only by your imagination and a little bit by properties of the medium. We will be modeling human figure, animals, these, houses, airplanes and more. We are welcoming an abstract art as well! There are different levels of classes available. We work with children and adults and we encourage a family projects, where kids working together with one or both parents or grandparents. . There is no previous experience with clay needed and all beginners are welcome, as well as people with experience who would like to improve their skills. We use 3D objects and images as references and models.Currently we are open most of the day/evening on Thursdays and Fridays, and 11am-2pm on Sundays. Classes are 1.5-3 hours.
