Seeking Nominations for Niles North Distinguished Alumnus

Niles North High School is accepting nominations from the community for the annual Niles North Distinguished Alumnus Award, which is presented each year to a former student during the Awards of Distinction Ceremony.

Nominees must be a graduate of Niles North High School (attended at least three years at a District 219 school. This can also include Niles East) and should have distinguished themselves through achievements in their field or contributions to the community, and had a meaningful experience while a student at Niles North.

The recipient of this award will be asked to attend the annual Awards of Distinction program to accept their award and give a brief speech about their experiences in high school and post high school. The 54th Awards of Distinction will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 14 in the Niles North Auditorium. At this ceremony, current students are also recognized for their accomplishments in areas of athletics, scholarship, and community engagement.
