Skokie Agrees to Pay Nearly $900K For Excessive Force Used by Cop
The village has agreed to pay a woman involved in a 2013 drunk driving incident.

SKOKIE, IL - The village of Skokie will pay $875,000 to a woman who claimed in a lawsuit excessive force was used against her during a drunk driving arrest in 2013.
Cassandra Feuerstein sued the city and three police officers, including Officer Michael Hart, who appeared to have showed Feuerstein into a holding cell on a video following the arrest, according to the Skokie Review.
Hart was charged with felony aggravated battery and official misconduct and later resigned from the department.
