Specialty Coffee Chain Opening New Location In Skokie

SKOKIE, IL — Specialty coffee chain Blue Bottle Coffee is set to open its doors at Westfield Old Orchard Shopping Center in Skokie this week.

Located at 4999 Old Orchard Center, Suite B35, this will be the company's third Chicagoland location. Blue Bottle's other two locations are in Chicago.

"At our Old Orchard café, the guest experience takes shape at the intersection of modern craft and East-meets-West sensibility," the chain said on its website. "Designed in partnership with Shanghai-based firm Neri and Hu, the space is anchored by the refined coffee bar — an instantly recognizable Blue Bottle icon. The cafe balances clarity and warmth, offering Signature Blends and a curated edit of merchandise."

The café will be open every day, operating from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and closing early at 7 p.m. on Sunday.
