Understanding Guardianship: Working together across disciplines

Guardianship, though always a last resort, may be appropriate for some situations. This seminar will clarify when guardianship is warranted, and how social workers may initiate the process. It will focus on the collaboration between disciplines and the steps in the guardianship process. There will be a review of types of guardianship as well as their limitations. The panel will also address options when there is no one willing to assume guardianship, or if there are few assets.

This event is from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, April 10.
