Where To Watch IHSA Boys High School Basketball State Championships

CHICAGO, IL — Comcast Sports Net announced the schedule and channel guide for its coverage of the next two weekends of the 2017 Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Boys Basketball State Championships.

It takes place Friday, March 10 & Saturday, March 11 (Class 1A & 2A) and Friday, March 17 & Saturday, March 18 (Class 3A & 4A) from the Peoria Civic Center’s Carver Arena in Peoria.

Coverage begins Friday at 11:00 AM CT featuring four, live semifinal match-ups, along with a pair of consolation and two huge state championship title games on Saturday.

In addition, CSN’s popular “Battle of the Fans” tournament, determining the state’s most wildly-enthusiastic and creative high school student section, continues to heat up and fans are urged to visit CSNChicago.com/Battle to cast their votes. The four regional champions will be unveiled on the CSN’s official preps Twitter handle (@CSNPreps) on Thursday, March 16 at 4:00 PM. CSN will also present a special award to each of the four champion schools shortly after the conclusion of the “Battle of the Fans” contest.

CSNChicago.com’s IHSA Preps section will feature highlight packages from all games over the next two weekends, plus – CSN viewers can look forward to special championship editions of High School Lites on Friday, March 10 at 11:00 PM & Saturday, March 18 at 10:00 PM for a complete rundown of every boys championship game, including expanded highlights and player/coaches interviews.
