Wild Skies perform in Proesel Park on June 29 at 7 pm

Chicago indie-folk/America band perform big harmony hooks in Proesel Park

The Lincolnwood Summer Concert Series in Proesel Park features indie-folk/America musicians Wild Skies this Thursday, June 29 at 7:00 p.m. This talented group of musicians pulls largely from modern indie/folk influences, with big harmony hooks and anthemic finishes. In a recent review for Scenes Media, music critic Steve Matteo advised readers to “seek this band out now and see it live, because it’s only a matter of time before it is playing sold-out, headlining shows around the world.” Listen to Wild Skies on Soundcloud.

Other free family-friendly activities begin at 6:00 pm, including a chance to win a one-night hotel stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites playing bingo, and fun inflatable obstacle course that will challenge kids of all ages. The event also offers free face painting for kids starting at 6:30 pm.

We invite you to bring your lawn chair, blanket and picnic basket and enjoy an evening in the park. Our concession stand will also be open for food and refreshments during the event. View the Lincolnwood Summer Concert lineup.
