15-Year-Old Boy Shot In South Shore
Chicago police said the boy heard gunshots and then felt pain in early morning shooting Tuesday on the Far South Side.
CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was shot early Tuesday morning in the city’s South Shore neighborhood, Chicago police said.
At approximately 6:19 a.m., police said the boy was walking outside in the 1899 block of East 71st Street when he heard gunshots and then felt pain. He suffered gunshot wounds to his right thigh and left arm,
He was transported to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condiiton. No one is in custody, and Area One detectives are investigating.
