South Side McDonalds Targeted In 3 Parking Lot Robberies, CPD Warns
A trio of parking lot robberies were carried out by masked gunmen at an Englewood McDonalds, Chicago police warn.

CHICAGO — Businesses and residents in the Chicago Police 7th District are being cautioned to remain vigilant after a string of robberies were reported in the McDonald’s parking lot in Englewood.
A trio of parking lot robberies were reported at McDonalds, 6336 S. Ashland Ave., Chicago. According to Chicago police, two or more males wearing ski masks have walked up to customers in the parking lot demanding money, cell phones and their food at gunpoint before fleeing on foot.

• 6300 Block of South Ashland Ave on Sept. 2 at 8:10 a.m.
• 6300 Block of South Ashland Ave on Sept. 1 at 8:18 p.m.
• 6300 Block of South Ashland Ave on Aug. 10 at 9 p.m.
The suspects are described as two or three Male Blacks, ages 16-29, wearing ski masks and carrying handguns.
