White Sox Legends Confirm Attendance at SoxFest 2017

CHICAGO, IL - Confirmed attendees at SoxFest 2017, among others, are Jose Abreu, Carlton Fisk, Bo Jackson, Jose Quintana and Frank Thomas. Jim Thome, another former player, fan favorite and currently the team's special assistant to the general manager, will also be at the fan favorite event that will be held from Jan. 27 through Jan. 29 at the Hilton Chicago.

The White Sox also announced this week how fans can go about purchasing MVP passes to the event.

The premium upgrade package for SoxFest 2017 will be available on Monday, Dec. 19 at 10 a.m.

The upgrade - available to fans who have already purchased or will purchase the SoxFest hotel package and weekend passes for the Hilton Chicago - will be available for $200. It includes special MVP SoxFest passes, a private autograph session, a private photo session and a private seminar, according to a White Sox news release.

The package also includes a limited edition SoxFest 25th anniversary foldable chair for fans to use while waiting to meet their favorite team members throughout the weekend, an official MLB baseball, a special discount coupon for a Majestic custom T-shirt at SoxFest and two complimentary outfield reserve tickets to any game in April or May excluding the home opener.
