Girl, 17, Abducted While Waiting For Bus Near Marquette Park

Two men grabbed the teen at 71st and Spaulding Wednesday morning, driving a few miles before sexually assaulting her.

CHICAGO, IL - A teen waiting for a bus at 71st and Spaulding near Marquette Park was abducted and sexually assaulted by two men who are still wanted by police a day later. Chicago police issued a community alert about the crime reported between 8 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

Two men are reported to have grabbed the victim as she waited for the bus and pushed her into a red SUV with tinted, according to the alert. The victim was taken to the area of 65th and Bell, a few miles away, and sexually assaulted by one of them.

The Chicago Sun-Times said the victim is a 17-year-old girl.

Both offenders are described as black men between 30 and 25 years old with brown eyes. One of the men was wearing a white baseball cap while the other had black hair and a black t-shirt at the time of the crime.
