Woman Killed When Car Crashes Into Viaduct In Auburn Gresham
A 36-year-old died after an early Tuesday morning crash near 75th and Racine.

CHICAGO - A woman was killed early Tuesday morning when the car she was driving crashed into a viaduct in the city's Auburn Gresham neighborhood. The woman, a 36-year-old, suffered a cervical fracture and other fractures to her body as a result of the crash, according to police.
She was headed northbound on Racine Avenue near 75th Street at 3:25 a.m. when she struck the viaduct head-on, police said. Soon after the crash, the woman was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, where she was pronounced.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office did not have the woman identified as of 6 a.m. Tuesday.
