2nd Marijuana Dispensary Approved For St. Charles
Consume Cannabis is expected to open in St. Charles.
ST. CHARLES, IL — The St. Charles City Council has approved a second recreational marijuana dispensary for the city.
The 4,146-square-foot dispensary, Consume Cannabis, will move into a former sports bar location at 584 S. Randall Road, according to the Kane County Chronicle. The city's first dispensary, Zen Leaf, opened last year.
Under city regulations, two recreational marijuana dispensaries are allowed to operate in St. Charles — one on the east side and one on the west side of the Fox River.
