Healthy habits benefit young minds and bodies and help to foster a strong sense of self inside and out! Together, girls learn to calm the mind and strengthen the body through yoga, taste healthy (and delicious) snacks, and explore their unique selves. The first 45 minutes are devoted to yoga practice suitable for all abilities. The remaining time will be spent discussing topics appropriate for grades 4-8, each month tackling a new topic. It’s time to celebrate who you are and become one of the Generation Strong!
