8th Grade Gridiron Tournament Starts in St. Charles

The 32^nd annual St. Charles/Haines Middle School Football Invitational Tournament kicks off on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Below is the tournament schedule and information about how the tournament will be held. Schools playing are Haines, Thompson, Wredling, Geneva North, Geneva South, Kaneland, Rotolo Red and Rotolo Gold.

1^st round game:

(2 games played simultaneously on Reid and the upper field.)

4:15 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 2

4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 3

2^nd round games:

4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 10

4:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11

3^rd round games:

Saturday, Oct. 13, Championship Saturday

3^rd /4^th place at 9 a.m. and 1^st/2^nd place at 10:30.

Entry fees:

The $100 entry fee is payable to Haines Athletics.

Games – Eight-minute quarters. Please be ready to go on time.

Home and away teams – The home team will be the higher seeded team have the bleacher sideline and wear the appropriate dark jersey.
