Alley 64 Fined For Fireworks Show: City Officials
The St. Charles Liquor Commission issued a $2,000 fine for the St. Charles bar on Monday.

ST. CHARLES, IL — Alley 64 in St. Charles has been ordered to pay $2,000 in fines for setting off fireworks at the business in February.
The St. Charles Liquor Commission issued the "largest total fees" for the incident during a hearing Monday, according to a news release from the city of St. Charles. Police say the fireworks were shot off from the rooftop of Alley 64, 212 West Main St. in St. Charles, at about 6:20 p.m. on Feb. 4, according to city documents.
According to the police complaint, an employee or person working for Alley 64 also provided a false statement to authorities regarding the incident.

In addition to the fine, Alley 64 has been ordered to pay $1,500 in court costs.
