Vero Voce School Welcomes Voice Teacher Kayleen Sánchez to Faculty

is pleased to announce the addition of voice teacher Kayleen Sánchez to its faculty. Located in Saint Charles, offers a wide variety of classes for all ages and interests.

Sánchez, a soprano, enjoys teaching students of all ages and experience levels, from those just beginning voice lessons to those already singing professionally. Before moving to Illinois, she maintained a private studio in Upstate New York and taught lessons at local music schools. An advocate for singing in all different styles, Sánchez incorporates classical, jazz, and musical theater singing into her teaching methods, emphasizing vocal health in all areas.

Sánchez earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees of music in vocal performance from the esteemed Eastman School of Music in Rochester, N.Y. She served as director of the Parkminster Music School in Rochester, N.Y., and has extensive experience in choral directing for both adults and children, directing in various venues, including schools and churches. Locally, she sings with the St. Charles Singers.

was established in 2001 as an in-home studio, specializing in private voice, piano lessons and musical theatre coaching.  It recently was expanded into a 4,000-square-foot facility with multiple studios and classrooms at 951 State Ave., Suite F, in Saint Charles.
