The results are in and All Spoked Up pedaled away with a victory as the best place to rent a bicycle in the Tri-Cities.

In the weeklong poll All Spoked up racked up 304 supportiing votes and comments. The Batavia-based business topped of St. Charles, which garnered 229 votes and supporting comments.
