ST. CHARLES, IL — The Beef Shack is coming back.

The business, which is known for its cheesy beef sandwiches, closed its doors in St. Charles in 2020. The Beef Shack is now set to return and will be building a new restaurant at 2015 W. Main Street, not far from its old location.

“We are excited to return to St. Charles, where Beef Shack got its start more than a decade ago,” said Beef Shack CEO Daniel Perillo. “The new location will deliver the same deliciousness customers have come to expect: the best sandwiches made only from fresh, never-frozen ingredients. Our philosophy has always been to keep the menu small and ‘wow’ customers with everything we do. We cannot wait to serve the St. Charles community.”
