City Of St. Charles Phone Lines Will Be Down Thursday Evening

ST. CHARLES, IL — City of St. Charles phone lines will be down between 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, according to city officials. The phone system is undergoing scheduled maintenance works and calls made to regular office phone, which does not include the police non-emergency line, will not be available.

Those needing emergency help or to speak to a police officer should call 911.

While the phone system is being updated, residents also should use 911 to report an after-hours public works emergency, according to a news release from the city of St. Charles.
