The City has had a Wellness Room in the Municipal Building for more than 10 years. Recently, the room was relocated to a quieter, more private space in the lower level. There also is a Wellness Room in the Public Works facility.

“This recognition reflects the City’s commitment to supporting working mothers and the choices they make for their infants,” said Director of Human Resources Jennifer McMahon. “We understand the stress that comes with being a working parent, and the Wellness Room serves as a place where all employees can find comfort and peace of mind while at work.”
