Construction of Office, Condo Complex to Close Parking Deck

As steel is put in place for the new building under construction at 1st and Illinois streets, portions of the top level of the adjacent bi-level parking deck will close to accommodate the work. The closures will take place during the work day. The upper deck will reopen each evening, according to a news release from the city of St. Charles.

The lower level will remain open throughout the work, according to the news release.

The building under construction at the 1st Street site is a five-story office and residential condominium building, which will house Sterling Bank offices.
