Date Set For St. Patrick's Day Parade In St. Charles

Meanwhile, the St. Charles Business Alliance is accepting parade entrants for the March 11 parade.

ST. CHARLES, IL — The St. Charles Business Alliance is now accepting entires for the St. Patrick's Parade, which will step off at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 11.

The deadline for parade entries is Friday, Feb. 10.

Local businesses, community groups and non-profits are encouraged to participate in the parade, and those interested in taking part in the parade can fill out an entry form, obtain a certificate of insurance, sign off on the rules and regulations and return the documents along with the appropriate entry fee to the Alliance’s office at 2 E. Main St., St. Charles, IL 60174.

The application can also be emailed to info@stcalliance.org no later than Friday, February 10.

The entry fee is $275 for businesses and $25 for non-profit organizations. If interested, please complete the form located at www.stcstpatricksparade.com/paradeapplication.

St. Charles Business Alliance is also seeking community volunteers for the parade and is accepting volunteer applications up to the date of the parade, according to the news release. Parade pacers, marshals and banner carriers are needed, and applications for volunteering can be found here.
