Driving Instructor Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student
The 56-year-old St. Charles man was a driving instructor at Drive Now Driving School in St. Charles.

ST. CHARLES, IL — A 56-year-old driving instructor from St. Charles is accused of sexually assaulting his student, who was under the age of 18 years old, and now faces criminal charges in Kane County.
Paul Bocska, of the 2000 block of Marlowe Boulevard in St. Charles, was taken into custody following a probe into the sex assault, which authorities say happened in April and May 2021, according to a news release from the Kane County State's Attorney's Office.
Bocska, an instructor at Drive Now Driving School in St. Charles, is accused of having sexual contact with a student. He's been charged with eight counts of criminal sexual assault and aggravated criminal sexual abuse, according to the news release.

His bail was set at $50,000, and he has since posted the required 10 percent, or $5,000, to apply for bond and has been released from custody. He has been ordered to have no contact with the victim and no unsupervised contact with anyone younger than 18 years old.
