This combination of gentle Hatha Yoga, deep breathing, and relaxation is a lovely practice to share with your partner and promotes harmony and feelings of connectedness and rejuvenation. Come and free physical and mental tension and release your energies for deeper emotional and spriritual connection, personal reflection and joy in your relationship! Feel free to join us even if you have already attended a couple's workshop! The workshop is different every time!
