Goldfish Swim School St. Charles and Kimmer's Ice Cream Launch New, One-of-a-Kind Ice Cream Flavor

Goldfish Swim School St. Charles and Kimmer’s Ice Cream are pleased to announce a delicious new collaboration. Beginning January 15, 2016, Kimmer’s will be selling “Bubbles’ Blue Bayou.” This one-of-a-kind flavor features Kimmer’s blue vanilla ice cream splashed with a teal frosting wave, loaded with sweet graham cracker Goldfish and studded with “under the sea” floral sprinkles.

Bubbles’ Blue Bayou will be available at Kimmer’s St. Charles location (1 W. Illinois Street, St. Charles) from January 15-February 15, 2016.

“Goldfish Swim School and Kimmer’s Ice Cream are both family-focused businesses and I think a partnership between us will help create a stronger St. Charles connection for our customers and potentially bring our names to new families. The ice cream flavor we have developed with Goldfish is super unique and delicious. We are really excited to start scooping it in St. Charles,” says Kimberly Elam, owner of Kimmer’s Ice Cream. “At Goldfish, we are all about family fun so we welcome the opportunity to work with a like-minded local business to create this fun new flavor and we encourage our Goldfish families to make a trip to Kimmer’s this month to give it a try,” added Alex Tyler, owner of Goldfish Swim School St. Charles.

On Friday, January 15, 2016 Kimmer’s staff will be on site during the Goldfish Swim School St. Charles Family Swim from 6:30-8:00 p.m. offering free samples of the new “Bubbles’ Blue Bayou” flavor. Families are encouraged to stop in for a swim and check out this one-of-a-kind custom creation! The event will also include an appearance by Bubbles the Goldfish, the official mascot of Goldfish Swim School (and co-creator of this new ice cream flavor!).
